WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All Products. Pickups are available Saturday - Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers : This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Prohibited Items : We cannot accept or ship items that are considered hazardous, illegal, or restricted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, controlled substances, perishable goods, and any items that violate intellectual property rights.
Fragile or Delicate Items : While we take utmost care in handling and photographing products, certain fragile or delicate items may be susceptible to damage during shipping. Examples include glassware, ceramics, artwork, and intricate electronics. Please consult with us prior to shipping such items to determine the best packaging and handling procedures.
Size and Weight Limitations : There may be limitations on the size and weight of the products we can accept for photography due to logistical constraints. Please contact us for specific guidelines regarding the maximum dimensions and weight we can accommodate.
International Shipping : We may have restrictions on international shipping depending on the destination country's import regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics. Some countries may have restrictions on certain types of products, require additional documentation, or impose import taxes and duties. It is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and to bear any associated costs.
Packaging Requirements : To ensure the safety of your products during transit, we require adequate packaging that provides sufficient protection. This may include bubble wrap, packing peanuts, foam inserts, or other suitable materials. We recommend using sturdy boxes or containers to prevent damage during transportation.
Return Shipping : If you require the return of the products after the photography service is completed, please provide clear instructions and include a pre-paid shipping label or make necessary arrangements for the return shipment. The client will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Insurance and Liability : While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the products during shipping and photography, we recommend clients to insure their products against loss, theft, or damage during transit. We are not liable for any such incidents that may occur during the shipping process.
